About Us

Originally from Belfast, Matthew has worked extensively in theatre and live events for the past 18 years.  Matthew has worked on Broadway,  the West end and toured internationally as head of lighting for large musical and theatre productions.  

Matthew was part of the creative team who designed the UNESCO Year of Light Launch on Dublin’s spire in conjunction with St Patrick’s Festival.  He has served as Technical Director of Both Dublin’s Gaiety and Olympia Theatres and designed and projected managed an extensive refurbishment of the Olympia Theatre. 

Matthew currently manages a team of Technical staff who maintain the largest fleet of audio visual technical equipment in the world for a large scale tech company.

Matthew has a keen interest in using new and emerging technologies to engage with members of the public through interactive installations. 

Mick is an arts and creative professional with a passion and drive for lighting and video design / implementation for music, theatre, architecture and immersive events with over 20 years industry experience.

He has a deep understanding of all aspects of technical art’s / event production and related technologies and keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies and art forms. 

Through the course of his career Mick has production/technical managed both large scale touring productions and one off bespoke pieces for various large scale clients, both in Ireland and internationally. These ranged from touring theatre, dance, modern circus, product launches, live music acts and site specific lighting installations. Mick has managed stakeholder engagement across many of these projects and provided conceptual designs, lighting pre visualisation and construction cad drawings for technical teams, combined with project timelines and deliverables.
